For contrast cord Small items such as ottomans take 1.5 yards of fabric. Medium items, such as club chairs and wedges take 2 yards. Loveseats take 2.5 yards of fabric. Normal size sofas take 3 yards. Sofas 90" and over take 3.5 yards.

Straight sides are same as sofa depth.
Distance to corner is sofa depth +12.

Terms: All standard CDT terms, including 50% deposit apply to all items.
Changes: Once your order has been placed at CDT, any changes must be made IN WRITING. If possible use a new Variations work tickets using the original PO# and the words "CORRECTED COPY" clearly indicated. If an item is in production, no changes will be accepted.
Cancellations: Once an item is in production, it cannot be canceled.
Dimensions: Due to the nature of nature of a handmade upholstered piece, small variations in sizes may occur. IF YOU HAVE A CRITICAL DIMENSION, YOU MUST LET US KNOW AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Fabrics: CDT will not guarantee nor assume responsibility for fastness of colors of the wearability of any upholstery material. Any adjustment will depends on the fabric manufacturer's willingness to stand behind its product.
Delivery Dates: The production times quoted by CDT are estimates based on average production conditions. Your lead-time may vary or change for reasons beyond our control. Please make your client aware of this from the beginning. If you are working under a deadline, please let us know at the beginning, and we will attempt to accommadate you. However, we will not promise any item for a specific date.

Railroaded Fabrics
1. The "Standard" fabric layout places the top of the cutting pattern in the direction of the fabric bolt. However, the direction of the design woven on the fabric may dictate that the top of the cutting pattern be placed toward the side of the roll (selvage) for proper interpretation of the fabric on the upholstered piece. In so doing, the fabric will be applied "Railroaded".

2. All stripes will be applied vertically unless specifically requested to the contrary.
